We’re #hiring at our two businesses, høppstudio and Oner Signs.
We are looking for at least 5 new people to join our teams. These are new roles, not replacements, and with a raft of new business wins we’re excited about what’s going on. Roles we want to fill now include:
- Lead WordPress Developers x 2 (Høpp Studio)
- UX Designer (Høpp Studio)
- Account Manager (Høpp Studio)
- Apprentice Sign & Print Designer/Maker (Oner Signs)
Høpp Studio
WordPress is our content management system of choice; we’re using it to create dynamic applications for sport, leisure, hospitality, travel and healthcare clients.
We’re doing great things digitally, and the rest of this year and next is filling up with exciting projects. Some are with clients we’ve worked with for a long time, some are completely new.
We’re building on our team and looking for people who will slot right in which matches what we do, and how we do it.
As an agile agency we adapt and flex, so your work is always expertly delivered.
We work this way to find creative solutions. We think big and think creatively to create work that solves, excites, etc.
We are looking for a couple of LEAD DEVELOPERS who will be excited at the thought of planning projects from the off, getting hold of some existing long-term projects, and supporting the development of other team members.
All present really interesting challenges; from embracing React, to data integrations and presentations, to e-learning, e-commerce, and multi-site set-ups.
Great design and great user experience are at the core of our website builds. A new UX DESIGNER on the team will build on the quality we are building our reputation on. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate where and how they have made a big impact to projects they have worked on.
Finally, Hopp needs another ACCOUNT MANAGER. With large and complex projects to get a grip of, you’ll need to be adept at playing with lots of moving parts, and be rewarded through working with a lovely team, some first class clients and projects you’ll be proud to deliver.
The roles will be based out of our (moving in 1 July, on one of the coolest streets) Cardiff city centre office. It’s a newly refurbished space, right in the heart of this vibrant city, with all the shopping and social scene you might want; a stones throw from the Castle and Bute Park if you’d like to spend your breaks in the green calmness.
We’re also flexible, with some home working.
Oner Signs
Oner Signs is based in Cardiff and Swansea; Høpp Studio is a major partner in the business.
We are looking to fill an APPRENTICE-type role in Cardiff, which would suit a sixth-form college or school leaver, who has an interest in design and production. We create signage and print for a whole range of music, retail and hospitality customers, and sell art supplies to creatives across the city and region. The role will involve learning and working with:
- print file design and set up
- print finishing
- signage design and production
- production management
It’s a fast-paced, sociable, city-centre based, cool place to work. We offer good holiday entitlement and more than the living wage, so this should be a great start for someone willing to work hard, learn fast and get stuck in from the start.
